Mr. Alfano and his wife Cindy are the proud parents of two young beautiful girls: Allyssia and Malia. Time is always set aside to enjoy all aspects of family life. The Alfano’s enjoy traveling, sporting events, and social gatherings. Mr. Alfano is very much into sports, you will often see him on the golf course, running, or enjoying a Niner Game.

Nick was an All-American collegiate tennis player who has morphed into a running junkie. He has volunteered to mentor and support local foster youth, at-risk youth and children with disabilities for the past seven years. Newly married, Nick looks forward to continually supporting his community where he hopes to raise his own family someday.

Personal Connection:
While Josh’s passion has always been tracking residential real estate, his wife, Sarah, works in the Commercial Real Estate industry in South Placer County. Their communal enjoyment of the profession keeps them current with trends and market influences. They are raising two amazing little girls, Camryn (5) and Avery (2). The Sanders’ work hard at their professions, but love spending time with friends and family as much as time allows. They enjoy traveling, camping, boating, and lying on a beach.
Jackie Young

After over 15 years with Intel Corporation in the Marketing and Planning departments, Jackie stepped out on her own and became an entrepreneur. Her planning and attention to detail enabled her to launch a very successful event planning business. This venture eventually led to her to purchase a promotional products business, which she ran in compliment to her event planning business. With no fear of hard work and being very customer and detailed oriented, Jackie decided to combine her interest in residential real estate with her interest in helping people and recently earned her real estate license.
Personal Connection:
Jackie and her husband, Alan, have raised 3 boys and currently have 1 grandchild. The Young’s enjoy spending time with their family, travel, and social gatherings. Jackie is an avid nature photographer and you can often find her camera close by.
