2017 was a banner year for real estate, with 365 days of
fast-paced home sales, prices jumping higher than ever, and demand far
outpacing supply in many major markets. There was no more energized housing
market than Greater Sacramento, with downtown redevelopment and job growth
bringing us on par with California’s other major cities. At the Alfano Group
